Questions about VPS

Hi,

I am setting up my own VPS in our DataCenter running Windows Server 2025.

Its in its own network with Internet Access and I have RDP access to it via an jumphost so its RDP on RDP...

Any tip on how to config the server and MT5 for running as an VPS? Best Practise?

Second, Since I dont have File access to the server, its a bit frustrating to transfer Experts/Files to it. Any suddestions on how to sync my local MQL5 folder with my VPS ?

Thanks

Requirements and practices are the same as local computer usage.

Also, RDP has built-in file transfer support. You can easily transfer files via shared resources (works like a network drive), so enable it in the RDP configuration.

You can also simply do copy/paste of files or folders from your local computer to the remote one and vice versa.

EDIT: You can also use a sync service (e.g. OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.) to keep file structures synchronised, between local and remote.
