The account in which I had done the transaction was mine earlier. I had done the transaction with this card in that account. Then I was not able to open that account because I had forgotten my email ID and password. After that I created this new account and I deposited funds in it for my work but I am not getting any reply here and my work is stuck. Can anyone help me?

That is the exact reason you had this limitation in your MQL5 account, it is not allowed to have more than 1 MQL5 accounts.
