Can't login on MT4 but can on MT5

Whether on the MQL5 website or any brokers charts, I can login to MT5 but NOT MT4. Using the same login credentials with a recent password change. It wouldn't do it before the password change, hence the password change. On the broker, instead of another tab with the MT4 info it says connection failed. What the ???? MT5 works but not MT4.

Try to login into your MQL5 account in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your vonboy login.

did you ask your broker? they may have been doing mainenance on the server. This issue is often only temporary. Always remember that your broker is your first point of contact. They are paid to give you support. This forum is made up on just normal users such as yourself. This includes most of the moderators.
