MetaQuotes South America Data Subscription

Hello, i've subscribed to MetaQuotes data provider but i can only see "North America" category with only Nasdaq subscriptions inside. How can i have access to other region data?

Just like they show in this example: https://www.metatrader5.com/en/releasenotes/terminal/2137
