You can trade more than forex on demo accounts. Check for the markets a specific broker offers.

Yes, you can trade other markets like indices, commodities, and crypto on an MT5 demo account, but it depends on your broker. Right-click Market Watch and select “Show All” to see all available symbols. If you don’t see them, check with your broker or update your symbol list.
