Charts not being displayed

Hey y'all!

Was wondering if you guys could help me with this issue. My charts won't display anything for me. I'm confused about what to do. All I see is the name of the chart EURUSD, the time frame M1 and the Euro vs US Dollar label.

I've attached a picture of what I am dealing with

Any feedback would be very welcome! Thank you to anyone that chooses to help me out!

 

Judging from the screenshot, looking at the Market Watch window, your broker is using a different symbol name.

Instead of "EURUSD" it is probably using "EURUSD.raw", so close the chart and reopen it from the Market Watch window so as to use the correct name.

EDIT: Also, you will need to enable the EURUSD symbol in the Market Watch window. It is currently not listed there.

EDIT2: Same goes for GBPUSD.

 

Best to read the MetaTrader 5 documentation (F1) so you can familiarise yourself with how to use the application ...

Oh my goodness man! Thank you soooo much for your help! I was thinking that I would have to install Windows on my mac and run it that way. I would still have had this problem. I will look into what you said about learning the platform! But again my sincerest thank you for helping me out with this problem!

Righclick in Market Watch windows and select the pairs you want instead of trying to add them manualy.
