how to cancel an already paid order?
What do you mean 'already paid'?
The money is locked in your account until the work is completed and you agree with the finished product, so no money has been transfered to the developer yet.
If the developer is unresponsive and overdue, you have the option to initiate arbitration to resolve the issue.
To initiate arbitration, you can navigate to the discussion section of the job order and select the arbitration option.
I don't think its possible to get the full amount back though, since a 10% service commission is charged during arbitration.

thank you for your reply. the order is now in a state where the developer has not submitted any results or demonstration and it is 3 days after the deadline and the money was taken from my account = probably somewhere to you and not to him. I started the arbitration, but without response = I want advice on how to get the entire amount that was deducted from me, including the fees for MT5, back, BECAUSE NOBODY DID ANYTHING and the additional fees are about 50 USD and for that I can already buy a finished EA. where should I click now to get everything back to my account = see the attached printscreen?
