Pavloper: Is there a dedicated version of MT5 specifically designed for Apple Silicon chips?
No, there is none. MetaTrader has always been a Windows application. You always have to virtualise it on a Mac and Linux.
On a Mac it is highly advisable that you use Parallels Desktop for the most stable usage.

Hello everyone,
I am attempting to run MT5 smoothly on Mac OS 15.2 using the M2 Max chip.
After downloading and installing the software, it prompted the installation of Rosetta, which appears to cause significant lag compared to the iOS version.
Upon checking the storage, the application is identified as an Intel-type application.
