can't pay with visa or paypal [redacted] mt4

i want to buy [redacted] MT4 but both paypal and Visa give me an error and won't allow me to buy?

any advice?

Usually the people are depositing the fund to their MQL5 forum account/profile (from paypal or from Visa card or from any method available) - https://www.mql5.com/en/users/math1as3/accounting/topup (this is the link in your profile to deposit to MQL5), and after that only - pay directly from MQL5 account/profile.

There is a chance that your bank doesn't allow international transactions, contact them for advice.

 
same thing happening to me literally impossible to buy anything. i think maybe the visa international NetSpend cards might work? anyone have any ideas? myt personal visa will not work
