- If it is related to your forum profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/asia773/accounting so ask the service desk for advice (the service desk validated to you to be a seller here so you can ask them about it).
- If it is related to your trading accounts so ask your broker for support (because your forum profile balance has nothing to do with trading accounts and with MT4 and MT5 for example).

As I see - it is not related to the trading accounts, and it is not related to MT4 and MT5.
You paid for the Market product and for MQL5 VPS so those ammounts were locked for some period of time (because those fund was already sent from your profile for example).
