The product/ service not available

I have purchased the advanced PRODUCT MT5, but while clicking on this on my  purchased item, the below mentioned message is coming. Please resolve the issue

Unfortunately, "PRODUCT MT5" is unavailable

Do you see the PRODUCT on the list of your purchases in MT5 terminal? (go to "Market" tab, then "Purchased" tab)
