WebRequest error

Hi.
Sorry if it is a repeated question. But I've been trying everything for the last two days to fix the following error:
'WebRequest' - no one of the overloads can be applied to the function call AI_Trader.mq4 31 18
Does anyone know how to fix this? Much appreciated in advance.
Place the cursor on WebRequest, press F1 and study the function and the example. I guess the parameters aren't as they should.
