MQL Troubleshooting - Website loading issue/downloading purchases/message error issues
I cant seem to down the mt5 from the site.
download.mql5.com refused to connect.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall

Are you referring to some Market product? If so, please discuss the issue with the seller and not here in the forum.
If it is something else, then please provide more detailed information and screenshots (including your Journal) if possible.

Hey guys, I am having general issues with loading the website and using all features. I am contemplating a reformat to maybe fix this.
I cant seem to download my purchases from the market page. I contacted one of my sellers for a direct download but my message system isnt working - WebSocket connection to 'msg2.mql5.com' failed
Please can someone help with these issues. I am also looking for a fresh mt4/mt5 terminal download link.
