Cannot see TP line in mt5 ver. 3.09.

If your TP line isn’t being recognized - are you sure it’s been set in the first place?
Need to double-check if TP value was entered correctly in your position properties.

There is no such thing as MT5 v3.09 and the current official build is MetaTrader 5.00 build 4620.
Are you referring to some Market product? If so, please discuss the issue with the seller and not here in the forum.
If it is something else, then please provide more detailed information and screenshots if possible.
