Downloaded this software and can not get it off my computer even after a factory reset devs help

I sadly use an iOS system for trading and am in need of a dev to help detach MGL5 from my computer even after a factory reset. Context-I googled MT5 ahead of receiving a link from my prop firm like a newb. FXIFX uses MT5 as its trading platform only with FXpig and not MGL5. Now when I install or downlaod the link provided from my prop firm it uses an incorrect server with no option to change. Thinking about taking this laptop on a long walk where it doesn't make a return to my desk because I'm stumped and need some guidance on how to get this off my laptop  
 

Just to clarify - when you mention iOS, are you referring to a MacBook (macOS), or are you actually using iPhone or iPad?
