M3 timeframe

Hi, on MT5 and MT4 is it possible to trade an EA on the M3 timeframe? I dont see this option in trading. However, on MT5 it is possible to backtest using the M3 timeframe.

Could you please confirm? Thanks.

It's possible on both MT5 and MT4. On MT4 it's more complex, you need to build an offline chart because MT4 do not have M3 timeframe available.

On MT5 you can just use the PERIOD_M3 timeframe.
