I can't open spx and spy ,AMD on the chart no data

What is the issue and how i can fix it ?

 
Connect your Metatrader to the broker's server (to your trading account).
If some difficultes - ask your broker for support.

Make sure that your broker is offering these symbols and that you've enabled them in MT4/5 >> View >> Symbols.

They may be called something else in you broker.
