open a support ticket. there is support link on every page of this website. or on your profile page is a link on the left hand side of the desktop website.

So, open Metatrader, fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (and with the confirmation of sucessful login in Metatrader journal), and install it directly from Metatrader.
