When trying to install the MT4 downloaded from AXI broker, it keeps unpacking the old installer pkg from MQL5. Why?
Ask your broker for support please.
pkg for MacOS are not built for a specific broker.
Try searching for terminal data in the hidden directory ~/Library/Application Support/.
Make a request for the broker or server name in the new account opening window. After the request, the terminal will update the server information.

I'm trying to install the MT4 image freshly downloaded today from AXI broker (10/30/2024), but the unzip app keeps unpacking the old installer pkg from MQL5, which I downloaded and installed last 10/16/2024.
It seems there's some data hidden in my Macbook, which I can't find. Deleting the old MT4 files and installers I could find has made no difference.
In addition, if I install MT4 nonetheless, I can't connect to the AXI server, it says "no connection".
Any help?
