Software problems with metatrader 5

Hello everyone. When I start my metatrader 5 everything crashes.. My computer stops responding..  And have one black screen.. Some help?

If you really want a useful answer, then start by describing your computer's and operating system's specifications.

And, also take a look an the Event Viewer (if it is Windows), and see what errors are reported for both the System and Application logs.

 
I'm using windows 11. When I start my metatrader everything is not responding, literally my all computer is not responding. Tried to restart it but I got no results. I got this error a couple of times - the exception uknown software exception (0xe0000008) occurred in the aplication at location 0x00007FFC034EFE4C.

Also, what are your Virtual Memory settings on that computer?
 
I made some troubleshoots. Reinstall it a couple of times. Now it's good. Dont know what was.. Sorry for writing, but I didnt have any result for 2 hours..

mt5 is both memory hungry and cpu intensive. Depending on what you were running on mt5, your issue may reappear. Since your issue seems to be intermittent and 8gb, then, I would be more likely to blame the computer specs, than mt5. There are several threads on the forum describing intel systems becoming unstable when the cpu usage is above 90% or more.
