Negative Balance After Payment – Is This a System Error?

Why does my account show a negative balance of -10.22 USD after a payment for agents usage? Is this a system error, or is there a way to prevent going into negative balance?

It seems that you have spent more money in the MQ Cloud than you had in your account. You should be pleased that MQ has granted you an overdraft :)
