In accordance with your screenshot, it seems that both a "tick" and a "point" are a unit of 1 (no decimals).

And the spread is shown at the time of the screenshot as being 5 points/ticks.

Also, there are no "pips" here. That is for Forex. But if you really insist on calling it "pips", then "pips" and "points" are the same value in this case.
