already tried installing and uninstalling multiple times but app still doesnt open, has any had this issue and managed to fix it??

I agree with Oleksandr 100%. Use Parallels Desktop. 

The current macOS solution provided by Metaquotes is a bad joke and not suitable if you tend to focus solely on trading.

Parallels provides a stable environment and when used in Coherence mode it seamlessly integrates all Windows applications into your macOS.

Yes, it costs money, but it's worth every penny.
