Is there a free reliable site to download Forex historical data?

When I download historical data from the MetaTrader 4 platform, I feel that there are errors and I do not know whether the problem is with the company whose platform I downloaded or the problem with the platform itself.
Ideally , use meta trader 5 to download ticks , some assets have data from 2011 onwards
Also , ideally test on mt5 too.
You can also transform the mt5 tick data to rates but i dont know how you can import them to mt4
