Purchasing trade assistant

I have had great difficulty purchasing Trade Assistant in MT4 as it would not accept my payment. I received an email from MQL5 asking me to complete the payment which I eventually succeeded in doing. I then had great problem swith logging in to MQL5 as it kept rejecting my password. Agai, eventually I succeeded and went to MT4 ro complete my purchase only to find I have no funds showing. Please help.
 
Deposit some fund to your MQL5 forum profile, and pay directly from this profile.
And it is recommended to purchase Market products directly from Metatrader.

I appreciate your good intentions but the problem I have is that I have deposited and it does not show on my account.

Don't confuse your MQL5 account, used for purchasing products and services on this website, with your broker's trading account, which is used for trading.
