CAN'T ACCESS my account

 
I have a slight issue wherein I cannot access my account where I have purchased an EA! If MQL5 admin can please assist me it would be much appreciated! I can't find a contract page or mail.

Well you managed to post here so clearly you can access your mql5 account  and therefore products, or do you have more than one mql5 account?

And you need to be more specific why can’t you access your account

There are two possible accounts with Metatrader:

  • your demo/real trading account;
  • your Community tab (which you should fill to install any Market product).

There are many reasons why some users can not login to Community tab, and any advice about "what to do" is started from what was written in the Metatrader journal about it, MT4 or MT5, Windows version, VPS or home computer, and some more information.

If you are about Community tab so use your forum login and your native forum password.

  • Your forum login is rucavannehenckert because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/rucavannehenckert
  • Your forum password for Community tab should be native one, and it means the following: it should not be associated with facebook or google for example.

I created this account with another email! The account I can't access is on a different email plus I tried signing in with and that also created a separate account! I just want to know how to contact the MQL5 team.

for starters if you created more than 1 account, then the system will detect this and delete all your accounts. This is described in the account agreement. 2nd. You should have kept your original sign up email, and there is contact details on every email you have received from the mql5 website. 3rd: go to the service desk and describe in full detail your problem and do it fast before the system detects the existence of your multiple accounts again.
