Moved Subscription to new MT4 account but its not transferred

Hello I moved my subscription of an active MT4 signal to another MT4 account but its not transferred. Please advise
 

First of all make sure that you have not moved your subscription in less than a week from a previous move.

Also double check the trading account number to make sure that it is the correct one.

Finally login into this trading account in your MT4/5 terminal and also login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and you will find your subscription (if all above criteria are met) under your trading account in the Navigator window.
