limit & stop order does not trigger

hello Sir, on BTCUSD dose not trigger limit & stop order on MT5. can one Please explain the reason?

Have you checked bid and ask? You buy at ask and sell at bid. A Buy is closed if bid triggers the stop loss and vice versa.

As was said before, you need to check Bid price for triggering sellstop/selllimit trades and Ask price for Buylimit/buystop trades, the charts are not always displayed in Bid/Ask (sometimes they are displayed using middle price).
Also there may be some limitations on your broker which blocks triggering trades or you may not have enough funds or there may be some other error – you should check the logs printed out in the Terminal, there should be some information about the reason of the problem.
