It is just an example only.
Because trading accounts are not related to this forum and to Metatrader trading platform, and it is related to the broker only and to the government regulatory authority which was licensing the brokers to collect money from the citizens of the country on the way to deposit to trading account for example.

1. I thought that only those 9 brokers are fine (validated by MetaQuotes Ltd) from all points of view, and the rest of the brokers do not appear in the list because they have some problem.

2. What does the government regulatory authority have to do with this list of brokers created by MetaQuotes Ltd?

    I thought that MetaQuotes Ltd had the control and reasons for putting (only) those 9 brokers in the list.

This is not brokers' list. It is an example (similar to advertisement).
And MetaQuotes is the software development company (not a broker and not a regulator's body).

About "the brokers are fine or not" - it is your government (or EU regulator) can say about it.
Because the brokers must have the license to collect money from the people/citizens on the way of deposit to the trading account.
It means: you should check with the regulators about - fine or not.
