Help Needed: Licensing Error for Purchased Indicator on Same PC

 

I'm seeking some assistance regarding an indicator I purchased on MQL5. Despite successfully completing the purchase and initially using it on the same PC, I'm currently experiencing a licensing error that prevents me from accessing the indicator.

The seller initially suggested restarting both MT5 and MQL5, but this does not resolve the issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem or can offer alternative solutions to regain access to the indicator?

Check the Journal Tab of your terminal for possible error messages. Then take a screenshot of the error messages and share it here. Only then quick and efficient assistance is possible.
