MT5 live Platforms all disconnected

Hello,

I have 3 live account on MT5 which disconnected all at once.

I have a MT4 live account which did not disconnect.

All the other MT5 & 4 demo accounts stayed connected

I reconnected manually, first only slow connections but it found the fast connections auto.

All platforms have the latest versions on my two dedicated servers


Perhaps some body could expand on it, my Broker did not think it is from their end but from my server.

I can't see how.

May never happen again

Thanks, Broker didn't want to know about, too hard.


Visted the list of servers down in the bottom right corner, clicked and found an outcome.

Still think it was from the Broker end and a MT5 issue.

All good now

 
could have been an internet glitch as well; including more specific to the ISP of either end of the mt5 connections. Either way, unless it occurs more often, then, it can not be chased down or even monitored to see if it happens again. But if if happens again, then, i would be looking for new vps/servers, as generally these things occur more often due to user end; whether that is the vps or your vps providers, provider having issues, either intermittent or ongoing.
