Please can someone tell me about these results? Why is the sharpe ratio so high??

Higher sharpe ratio means more consistent results and higher performance than risk free investment(like bonds).
However reading backtest results is a profession in itself. Sometimes very good backtest results cannot be relied on and you need to know what the Algorithm is doing exactly and dive deep into the report and study each single trade in it.
