Is there a way to get notified on my android only for major economic forex news?

Do you mean the news available on the Economic Calendar? If so, yes. Just get the news you want using CalendarValueHistory and CalendarEventById, take the time of the events you want (you can filter by importance) and use the SendNotification to notify your mobile app when a certain time is reached (usually X minutes/hours/day before the event and at the time of the event).

If you don't know how to code, I would suggest looking for someone at the freelance section.
