i cant instll metatrader 5 on win 10

i download metatrader 5 from https://download.mql5.com/cdn/web/metaquotes.software.corp/mt5/mt5setup.exe?utm_source=web.installer&utm_campaign=mql5.welcome.open

and after download when i click on file ... is no action and no running

any one can help me??
