Backtest doesn't work.

I've created a custom symbol XAUUSD_C, if i run the backtest by using fixed options like "last year", "last month", "entire history" it works fine but if I were to use a custom period it will mostly don't work:

but if i try to use as end date something like april 2024 it works I don't know why. I've checked the bars manually and there are bars for 2020 and I made sure that there are for the example date.


Do someone how to fix it?

 
In the end I fixed it (It wasn't my problem, just reinstalled MT5 and it worked fine)
