Help needed with backing up Outlook email folders and settings
I need to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows Xp, anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?

C:\Documents and Settings\<user_name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{A66A4D3D-D8E5-42A3-8D28-8DE510FBD20C}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
Address book:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book
Backup it and restore after reinstalling Windows
