Please help with inporting prices into Excel Spread Sheet....

Could someone tell me how to automatically import current prices into an excel spreadsheet. I would like the excel spreadsheet to automatically update with current currency pair prices each time I open it. Certain cells would be designated for a particular currency pair and each time I open excel, the designated field would automatically update. How would I do this? Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I know I have to do this through the DDE Server but that's about all I know. Each pair would only have to update "once" - each time I open excel - it does not need to "continuously" update.
 
First click "Tools" menu and select "Options". Check the box "Enable DDE Server".

in your MetaTrader 4 directory there is a file called dde-sample.xls. Open that and adjust it to whatever you want.
 
You can export indicators and price from MT4 and execute orders from excel and other cool staff. It is explained here www.fxdialogue.com.
