Pixel Perfect Placement of Arrows

I haven't yet found a way to place arrows a specific distance (5 pixels or so) from a bar's high or low price. I'm looking to replicate the precision used with the built-in fractals indicator, but I'm not having much success.

Currently, I place an arrow x pips above/below a price, but that fails to display nicely on all timeframes.

Suggestions?
 
I agree it is a disturbing phenomenon.
The half time of my analysis is spent with trying to catch the right extrem points as close as i can. :(
I would be very happy if this problem will be fixed in the near future updates.
