Request Troubleshooting: did reboot, Terminal>trade, Terminal>acct history data lost. Need retrieval of info

I have no idea whether or not I'm posting in the correct place.  Please help.  Thanks.

I deleted all old terminal>alerts in MT4.  

Did a reboot of my system due to Norton update

computer rebooted

results:

Terminal>trade data and Terminal>account history data was not displaying

buy/sell buttons display but do not work to open a trade nor can I right click to enter a trade

scroll button not operating, chart does not "snap back" as usual when scrolled too far

other problems may be present but not identified.

I would appreciate help to rectify my account

 
Trade data, account history, trade buttons, no autoscroll, other problems, because you are not connected to your broker.
