API is not working

I have tried too many time, but never with success. After many tries i have finaly connected and logged to some server. But again many tries to get some price tick. Is it posible to use MT3 api or not? Did any one use it? Did MetaQuotes want this api to be used by some one or no?
Without any support or documentation for this api is a mission imposible.

MT3 API works with MT3 servers only. Seek such server and work with it.

Examples provided with api don't work. Sample of .NET wrapper for this api don't work either. I'm working with MT3 server and with samples accounts and also new accounts and niether works.

Ask question your broker about api using restriction.

I have worked with MT3 API through both VC++ and VC#.NET in front of MT3 servers (with IBFX) and it worked fine.
