I downloaded MT4 from below mentioned links .. the setup files showing mt4setup but it is installing MT5.

how and where I can download MT4 setup?

MT4 can be downloaded from the broker's websites.
 
I moved your thread to MT4 section of the forum.
 
My broker MT4 platform is becoming "not responding" for few seconds when I switched to 5 minutes chart which is not happening with other brokers MT4 platforms .. that's why my broker advise me to download a generic version of MT4 terminal.
