Incorrect! You have successfully installed MT5 on your computer. However, you are not properly connecting to the trade server.

Please show the Journal log output from the first line, including the trade server connection attempts.

- check your internet connection

- open a new chart from market watch list. sometimes old charts symbol name does not exist in your broker list. or the names have prefix/suffix

This can only be three things:

1. You may be offline, without internet, or your operator may be down. Solution: Check your connection or wait until you are back online.

1. You have not connected correctly to your broker's server. Solution: Log out of everything and reconnect again by entering your broker's server and password.

2. Maybe you are using old charts, which were already on the platform, which are not compatible with this broker. Solution: In the list of assets, click show all and then choose your assets.
