Unable to choose demo account server when creating EA signal

Hey guys,

I opened a demo account, server is IC Markets Demo 6. However, in “create signal” page, there is no option for “Ic Markets Demo 6”, you may refer to my attachments. 

How to solve this? Many thanks!
