basically looking for a way to add 2 assetts to a graph  ex: ABC - (MINUS) DEF = X price  so i can buy 1 side and sell the other at the same time with a specified spread price

You can create a Synthetic Symbol (for the "X = ABC - (MINUS) DEF"), by using the Custom Symbol functionality.

However, you will not be able to live trade the Synthetic Symbol.

For manual trading, you will have to create a utility EA (a Trade Assistant) that will relay the trade operations to the real symbols.
