Is it allowed for the developers who bid to a project to send the potential costumer, via the freelance chat, the link his official personal profile page on MetaQuotes so the costumer can get to know about his past jobs done on the platform and also his experience in past indicators or expert advisors produced?

No , but you can send a demo if you ensure nothing hints at or directly reveals your identity .

If you have an "anonymous" youtube channel you can place your samples there as a video presentation , small , unlink it and only have it show up to people with the link (which you send in the freelance job) But again , no contact details , no social media on the channel etc .
