The EA is not sent nor "delivered" to you.You need to download and install it yourself.

  • You start MetaTrader
  • You login with your MQL5 Community account (set up via the "Options" [Ctrl-O]).
  • You open up your "Market" tab.
  • Then click on the "Purchased" sub-tab.
  • And then click on "Install" button for the product your purchased.
As for the "Financial operations limited", just as the message states, you need to click on the link to contact the "Technical support". You may need to get that resolved that first, however.
