You can't withdraw non earned funds, you can use this remaining balance towards other purchases of products or services here in MQL5.com.

I'm not sure, but it may be 7 days. You may need to contact the Service Desk for clarification, as we are just normal users here. Even we as moderators are just normal users.

If you cancel your non activated/installed purchase within 7 days of your purchase, you will receive the refund in your MQL5 account instantly.
