how does half payment arbitration work
a developer could not complete an EA at specified time due to other constraint , promised to send the source code of job done so far and choose to apply for arbitration to get half of the agreed payment. what do i do before accepting the arbitration, will he send the sourcecode first before i click on accept for the arbitration
