If I activate a mt5 product on a new machine will the same product(which has been already activated before) on my current machine still work?

Will using the mt5 portable flag help in this case?

Yes. Each different machine install uses 1 activation 

 
I mean can I run the product/indicator on two machines simultaneously using two activations?

Yes, because the activation is per (1) hardway/computer, per (2) software (OS version/updates), per (3) Windows authorization method and per (4) your login in Community tab of Metatrader (forum username).
