There is no official way to do that at the moment, and probably will never be.

There are offers from third party to get access to a type of API, but be aware, they usually use terminal.exe in the background to achieve that, and you are giving all details about that account to a third party as well...

I suggest to not use them.

Why are you asking here? We speak here only "MT5". Ask google for e.g. investment account client software.
